Changes or Cancellations

In order to limit any confusion it is necessary to require written authorization of changes. You may send your changes or cancellations via email, fax or US mail. Changes will not be honored without written authorization. As stated below in payment options & terms all deposits are non-refundable. An additional 15% charge may be added to any cancelled order at the discretion of Big Horn Armory.

Payment Options & Terms

1. 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT REQUIRED on all rifle orders placed in order to secure a position in production. Total deposit is credited toward a completed rifle and is non-refundable if order is canceled. Price is protected with deposit, but does not include the Federal Excise Tax or any state or local taxes.
2. Credit card sales will be subject to a 3% transaction fee.
3. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
4. You will be notified for payment in full just before production is started. If rifle/order is canceled after production has started, the payment is non-refundable!
5. Product delivery time given by a Big Horn Armory representative when the order is placed IS AN ESTIMATE. Delivery times are calculated based on current production capabilities and may vary at the discretion of Big Horn Armory.
6. Federal Excise Tax is based on total selling price of the firearm Including any added custom features, excluding sights, less shipping and handling. Federal Excise Tax is paid at the time of shipping and cannot be pre-paid.
7. We reserve the right to charge a fee for special requests.
8. All rifles are shipped in a gun case and will be shipped UPS only either ground – 3 day select, 2nd day or next day. Absolutely no U.S. mail. The cost of the gun case will be $80.00 plus the cost of shipping.
9. Absolutely no changes to your order once production has begun.
10. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on returned items not exchanged.
11. Big Horn Armory reserves the right at our discretion to dispose of parts – barrel – upon completion of any re-works/re-barrels that we perform.
12. PRICE OF RIFLES DOES NOT INCLUDE FEDERAL EXCISE TAX OR STATE AND LOCAL TAXES.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. If you believe that there is a defect in your firearm you can return it to us and we will check the action or barrel to ensure that there are no defects. If a defect is found in your action we will do everything possible to correct this defect or we will replace the action. Big Horn Armory, Inc. reserves the final decision as to whether the item is repaired or replaced.

Shipping & Handling Fees

We use UPS Ground Service for shipping our products, unless otherwise requested by the customer. It is a guaranteed 3 day delivery in the continental USA. For Alaska and Hawaii, we use 2 day air service.

Federal law requires that all firearms be shipped in the course of a customary trade shipment to (via FedEx, UPS or USPS) to a licensed firearms dealer or manufacturer.
